Second Floor Guest Rooms

The second floor has four guest rooms, each with a private bathroom.   

Delaware Room - located in the front of the house, this spacious room features a

king size bed, TV, small sitting area, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower. 

This room is large enough to accommodate a rollaway bed.    

Esopus Room - a bright and cheery room with three beautiful windows that catch the morning sun, it features a queen size four poster pencil bed, daybed with trundle (appropriate for up to 2 small children), TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. 

Beaverkill Room - bright in the afternoon, this room features a queen size and a twin size bed, ornate brass headboards, beautiful Victorian dresser with oval mirror, TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower. 

Bushkill Room - located at the end of the hall on the second floor, this room features a queen size bed, hard rock maple dresser, sink in the room, and private bathroom with a shower just across the hall from the room (there is no hall traffic between your room and the bathroom).  Bathrobes are provided for your convenience.

Third Floor Guest Rooms 

The third floor has four guest rooms that share two hall bathrooms, as well as a small TV/sitting room for all to enjoy.  If you rent 2 of the rooms, you would have one hall bathroom for your party.  The third floor rooms are ideal for the budget traveler or a group of 8 to 10 people.           

Willowemoc Room - the largest on the third floor, this spacious room is decorated with rich colors and features a queen size bed, desk, and shared hall bath. This room can accommodate a rollaway bed.          

Schoharie Room - A cozy, feminine space, this room features a queen size bed with brass headboard and chenille quilt, cedar lined chiffarobe, and shared hall bath. 

Neversink Room - Perfect for the kids, this room features two twin size beds (which can be put together to make one bed), mahogany headboards, tall maple dresser, and shared hall bath.  This room can accommodate a rollaway bed. 

Barkaboom Room - Our coziest room (guests tell us it feels like a hug), this room features a full size bed with maple headboard, rocking chair, pine dresser, and shared hall bath.

Retro Suite

Located on the ground level of the inn, the Retro is our most popular room.  A fully above ground apartment with full size windows and a private entrance to the backyard, the space is perfect for groups or families, as well as extended stay guests. The first bedroom features a king size bed and private bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom features 2 twin beds and a private bathroom with a claw footed tub.  This room can accommodate a rollaway bed. There is also a fully equipped kitchen/sitting room with a table and four chairs, sofa/ daybed, and TV/VCR.  There is a private entrance out to the backyard.  Please note, there are heating pipes in the ceiling.    

Rates

Shared bath rooms - $89 - $99 + tax per night;

Private bath rooms - $109 - $145 + tax per night;

Retro Suite - $145 - $185 + tax per night.

Rates are higher during holiday periods and are subject to change.

Wireless internet is available throughout the house at no charge.  

All rates include an expanded continental breakfast each morning, which includes one hot dish (baked French toast, mushroom quiche, etc.), breakfast breads, bagels, English muffins, fresh fruit, granola, yogurt, dried fruit, hard boiled eggs, cereals, oatmeal packets, milk, orange juice, coffee and tea. 

Rooms typically have a 2 night minimum on weekends, 3 nights on holidays.
